San Pascual

Cooking has always been the fiber of my life.  My earliest memories are filled with wonderful meals and beautiful food and of course family.  My Grandmother, Aunt and Mother were the best culinary teachers ever!! And I am thrilled that the tradition has been carried on  by my children.

I was born and raised in Mexico City with German grandparents. I lived abroad in Italy and Switzerland and that really developed my “eclectic” take on cuisine.

The older I get the more I enjoy many different types of cuisines.  Hence the Cocina Eclectica will continue to be eclectic.
